Fav Yoga Posture: I love balancing postures—feet, hands, or arms!
Off the mat: I work as a Senior Program Manager. I love to travel (especially to see live music) and hang with my corgis, all while on a never ending journey to find the best coffee, food, & pastries.
Journey to Yoga: I started yoga as a way to stretch after weight training & sitting all day at work. I was immediately hooked and got on my mat every chance I could. I fell in love with it and how it made me feel. I was finally able to connect my mind to my body, and I found a new appreciation for all of the incredible things it does for me. Teaching provides me with an incredibly unique opportunity to connect with people & that’s the best part of the job!
