  • Align: 405 Foundations (All Levels): Perfect for beginners or those looking to focus on building a solid foundation. Break down the basics and learn essential tools for your yoga practice.

  • Power Flow Yoga (All Levels): A breath-based flow that enhances strength and flexibility. Create a practice that feels good and safe for your body, with all levels welcome.

  • Power Flow Yoga (Level 2/3): Ideal for intermediate and advanced students, offering opportunities for greater strength, flexibility, and creative transitions. Previous yoga experience is highly recommended.

  • Rocket Yoga HAPPY HOUR! (Intermediate): Experience a 90-minute Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow for strength and range of movement, followed by a social Happy Hour sponsored by local breweries. All levels welcome, with some previous yoga experience recommended.

  • Slow Burn (All Levels, In-Studio): Build strength and flexibility in this slower-paced, breath-based flow. All levels are welcome.

  • Restorative Yoga (All Levels, In-Studio): Embrace softness with supported postures using bolster pillows and props, providing deep rest for body and soul. Meditative and calming, suitable for all levels.

  • Yin Yoga (All Levels, In-Studio): Experience pure TLC with passive stretching targeting deep connective tissues. A meditative and calming practice suitable for all levels.

  • $5 Drop-In Community Power Flow Yoga (All Levels): Led by new(er) teachers passionate about teaching and honing their skills.

  • 405 SOUL Flow (Level 2/3): Sweat + Soul. A creative, powerful, soulful vinyasa with intentional movement. Previous yoga experience recommended.

  • Yin Yoga + Candlelight (All Levels): Pure TLC for your body, tapping into deep connective tissues through passive stretching. Meditative and calming, suitable for all levels.
