WONDERING WHICH CLASS TO CHOOSE?

Going through the class schedule and list of instructors might leave you wondering what to tackle first... We get it! We have trouble deciding which or whose classes to take, ourselves! We love them all 😍

Here are a few suggestions to make it smooth sailing for choosing your next class with us...

ALIGN: YOGA FOUNDATIONS 

If you’re looking for a class that breaks it all down for you, this is the one! While it's geared towards beginners, experienced students also enjoy the pace and attention to detail.

When: Find this one on Saturdays at 12:15p.

SLOW BURN (All Levels)

This slower paced, athletic class is focused on building strength and fluidity and is good for every level of experience: beginners can learn at a slower pace, and experienced students can push their capabilities on the mat, all driven by powerful vibes and killer playlists.

When: Mondays 7:15p | Wednesdays 12:05p | Thursdays 8:30am | Thursdays 6:30pm | Sundays 8:30am

POWER FLOW (All Levels)

Ready for an empowering, music driven, high energy experience on your mat? Whether you’re building strength, increasing flexibility, or just looking to challenge yourself, our signature class offers a dynamic experience that leaves you feeling strong and unstoppable!

When: Find this one ALL over our schedule! As our most popular class style, you'll find it available everyday.

POWER FLOW (Intermediate/Advanced)

Whether you’re an old pro, or looking to step it up to the next level, you will LOVE this class. Our 'Level 2/3' classes offer more challenging flows, with opportunities to try or practice more dynamic sequences. Expect lots of balance work, plus inversions and arm balances sprinkled throughout!

When: Tuesdays at 5:45p & Saturdays at 10:30a

LONGEVITY FLOW (All Levels)

Looking to build mobility, joint health, healthy stretches, and a good dose of chill? This class is a perfect blend of strength and zen. Warm up with a juicy mobility flow, then taper off into some long stretches and relaxation. Perfect for recovery days, too! All levels welcome.

When: Tuesdays at 5:45p & Sundays at 10:00a

YIN / RESTORATIVE YOGA (All Levels)

Ready to de-stress, slow down, stretch and relax? Use props (blocks, bolsters, straps) to tap into your deep connective tissues and fascia through slowwww, passive stretching in these two gentle classes.

While they are similar, there is a difference between the two:

- Yin Yoga focuses on slow stretches to target the main myofascial groups of the body to build flexibility and joint health.

When: Tuesdays 7:15p

- Restorative Yoga moves much slower, prioritizing deep relaxation and stress relief.

When: Sundays 5:00p

PRIVATE TRAINING

Private sessions offer personalized attention and tailored practices designed to meet your unique goals. Whether you're looking to deepen your yoga practice, focus on specific areas of growth, or work through physical limitations, a one-on-one session allows you to progress at your own pace.
