Journey to Yoga: Katie started her yoga journey in 2016 as a way to balance her running training, back when she ran half marathons. She’s an OG from the first 405 YTT Cohort and after a two and a half year backpacking trip around the world, she’s excited to be back in her home studio with her Omies. You’ll find her serving up slow burn flows, zenning out in Yin or Restorative, and encouraging everyone to Get the Funk Out through guided journaling and a good, sweaty flow.
