Off the mat: I am all over this town, teaching dance to kiddos and choreographing local musical productions! You can find me at Kismet Arts, Pollard Theatre, and Sweet Yield Studio. I have a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatrer performance, so every so often you can see me on stage too! love my doggo girls mucho mucho, so let me know if you ever want to see pics!
Journey to Yoga: I grew up dancing at a young age and movement was always a fundamental part of me. I mostly practiced yoga by myself until I found the 405 YOGA community. Going through my 200 hour teacher certification at 405, it made an incredible impact on how I teach dance and truly, so much more in my life. Peace & blessings, yogis!
