Ready to embrace the longest night of the year with a little more soul and a lot less stress?
Join us on the longest night of the year - the Winter Solstice - for a Yoga & Live Music event that’s going to leave you feeling relaxed, restored, and oh-so-refreshed. 🌙✨
What’s happening?
Seasson Vitiello will guide you through the softest, coziest restorative yoga class imaginable—think blankets, pillows, and candles everywhere (because, well, it’s the solstice, duh). 🕯️
Alyssa Danley, an award-winning singer/songwriter with the voice of an angel, will serenade you with live music, setting the mood as we ease into deep relaxation. The accompanied acoustic guitar by Abbie Idleman will lullaby you into a deep rest 🎶
We’ll surround ourselves with the warm glow of candles and soak up the peaceful, reflective vibes of the winter solstice. This is all about slowing down, finding stillness, and connecting to the present moment—perfect for setting intentions and letting go of anything that’s no longer serving you.
Whether you’re looking for deep relaxation or a soulful escape, this class is the perfect way to honor the longest night of the year.
Date: Saturday, December 21st at 6pm
Duration: 90 minutes of soft, restorative goodness
Tickets: $40 in advance ($50 on the day of the event)
If you’ve been looking for the perfect moment to reflect and reset for the new year, this is it. Trust us.
